Dr. Wayne Nemeroff is the CEO & founder of PsyMax Solutions. Dr Wayne is the architect of the company’s proprietary assessment & organizational diagnostic tools. With more than 20 years of coaching, assessment, and organizational behavior & development experience, Dr. Wayne Nemeroff is committed to helping employers & individuals increase their effectiveness and maximize their capabilities.

Wayne received his Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology in 1975. After graduating, he accepted an Assistant Professor position at the State University of New York at Albany's School of Business.

In 1979, he joined a consulting firm (Personnel Research and Development Corporation) in Cleveland, Ohio where he was a principal until 1995.

In 1996, Wayne established his own company, Nemeroff & Associates, a consulting firm dedicated to helping people succeed.

In 2000, he continued to expand his company by merging with another consulting group and co-founded Human Capital Assessments, LLC.

Dr. Nemeroff has a wealth of experience helping people gain insight and understanding about their specific strengths and weaknesses relative to an organization’s critical success factors (Success Profiles), mission, & values.

Dr. Wayne is extremely skilled & experienced at assessing and coaching people; he helps people & organizations build on their assets & over-come their liabilities by focusing on practical, action-oriented business goals & action plans that tie in to tangible, long lasting results.

As a seasoned expert, Dr. Nemeroff has assisted organizations both nationally & internationally in taking a more strategic approach to developing their leadership bench strength in order to meet current & future challenges. He has repeatedly demonstrated his skill to help employees at all levels of an organization grow to their full potential through proven coaching & development processes & programs.

Additionally, Dr. Wayne has been very successful in helping organizations to overcome obstacles that may prevent them from continuing to achieve the maximum return on their investment, in terms of both time & effort.

Dr. Nemeroff has extensive experience in team building, conflict resolution, leadership development, executive coaching, & assessment systems for both selection & development. He has contributed articles & book chapters in professionally published journals & books such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management, & Crosscurrents in Leadership.
